Education and Professional Qualifications
Caroline Walsh (B.A. Oxon, LL.M. Tel Aviv), Solicitor, Notary, TEP is admitted to practice in both Israel and England & Wales.
Caroline studied Politics, Philosophy and Economics at Somerville College, Oxford University, then took the CPE course at the College of Law in Lancaster Gate, London and qualified with honours in the final examinations of the Law Society of England and Wales. She was admitted as a lawyer in Israel in 1994 and as a solicitor in England in 1997.
In 2004, Caroline completed a Master’s Degree in Law at Tel Aviv University (with distinction).
She is also an Israeli notary and a member of STEP – the International Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
Professional Experience
Caroline spent ten years with a leading Tel Aviv “Legal 500” law firm whose clients included domestic and international corporations and private clients with international interests.
During a sabbatical year in London in 2001, Caroline worked in the corporate/commercial department at Fladgates LLP (then Fladgate Fielder) handling a varied caseload including international commercial property transactions, venture capital financing and general corporate work.
After returning to Israel, Caroline established a boutique practice to provide a professional and personal service for English-speaking clients in Israel and overseas, and their professional advisors.
Personal Information
Caroline was born in London, England and moved to Israel in 1992.
She is married to Professor Paul Frosh and they live in Raanana with their three children.
